Three Rescued from Potomac After Boat Capsizes

Incident happened near Reagan National Airport.

Three boaters were rescued from the Potomac River late Monday evening after a vessel capsized near Reagan National Airport, according to WTOP.

The incident happened just before 10:30 p.m. Monday, according to the DC Fire Department. Three people were believed to be on the boat and DCFD had no word on their condition, according to the report.

The cause of the incident is being investigated.
