  I had their salmon stuffed with crab meat last night, served over ultra-tender homemade noodles in a brown-butter sauce. It was one of the most delicious pieces of salmon I have ever eaten. And their Friday night wine tastings are really fun. As you get to know this chef, don't be afraid to ask him to go "off menu" and create something completely different and exciting for your special evening--be honest in how "adventurous" you are. (Pick a time when he is not completely packed-out in his restaurant---it can get very intense in a kitchen when your house is crowded.)

  This is an amazing, family-run company, and they are a wonderful resource if you need a nebulizer, nebulizer supplies, and other allergy-asthma-related products and books. You can call and go right to their house and pick it up from their office. They came to our rescue many times when we were dealing with asthma events in our family.
