ReplyThanks Mark. You're right! The $5 million would be over the life of the contract, and the story has been amended. The potential liabilities include any injuries by visitors at the Park, since it is a former construction debris landfill.

ReplyIt will be interesting to find what inconsistencies there are between the stories of the suspect and the shop owner, which were not listed in the NBC story. The story provided few additional details, and we will be picking up that search warrant affadavit to get a closer look ourselves.
