A high-speed police chase from Old Town Alexandria into Belle Haven in the middle of the day Wednesday didn't go unnoticed by area residents. Here's what they had to say via social media, on Greater Alexandria Patch's Facebook page: Sarah, on Facebook, said: "Coming out of the Hollin Hall Pastry shop we saw five police cars tearing north down Fort Hunt Road.....then traveling in their direction I was stopped by a roadblock of at least 15 police cars...and there were more coming from the opposite direction.
