My favorite is oyster pie, a recipe I learned from my father that he learned while living in Crisfield, MD. I've not seen such a pie offered in restaurants but can testify that people that like to eat oysters love the pie. I make it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and offer it as an appetizer at family gatherings for these holidays. Only those that like oysters take the offering and over the years… more ›
