Your categorization of thefts seems to be a bit confusing. Burglary is a type of larceny as larceny is defined as theft or depriving someone of their property. Robbery is the other category of larceny (or theft) and is defined as taking property from a person rather than just a place. It is hard to tell whether the above larcenies were burglary or robbery.
