What would you like to see in this vacant storefront in Mount Vernon?

This storefront was previously occupied by Asian Market in the Cooper Center shopping plaza. The shopping center includes Wingstop, CT Nails, and Bridals by Natalie. The shopping center is on Route 1 across the street from the Sacramento Center.  County officials and local business organizations are not aware of any plans for the site. Calls to the leasing agents were not returned. So, what would you like to see occupy this storefront?
