I have been renting for 12 years and I have never had a more incompetent, rude, and difficult time with a property manager. I am a well-educated professional who is incredibly laid back and easy to get along with - and I normally do not waste my time writing reviews. However, this experience has led me to warn others before it's too late!!! When I was looking for a place, they were so nice and helpful - but as soon as I signed the contract, trouble began from day one! They were extremely unresponsive to my calls and emails, and when they did respond, it was rude and condescending. If I had an issue with the property, they would blame me (even if it was normal wear and tear - such as blinds falling down from being so old). Leigh, one of the employees was by far the worst person to deal with - I was in awe at how disrespectful she was to me. She acted as if the world should be handed to her on a silver platter. There is no way I could put into words how disgusted, angry, and bitter Pagett Properties left me. If you want to save yourself a lot of stress and hassle, I would definitely look elsewhere!!!
