Mount Vernon Unitarian Church

<p>The Mount Vernon Unitarian Church draws from all religious ideas to form this tight-knit community. Each fall, the church holds a craft fair featuring homemade goods and foods.</p> <p>Parishioners can also participate in several musical programs, including jazz and choir groups. And, for something different, the church holds Yoga classes and theological discussion groups.</p> <p>The church's motto is that it is a "Welcoming Congregation." As part of that initiative, church officials make efforts to support to gay, lesbian, and bisexual persons and their families.</p>
