Top Notch. This place has a great feel to it. Go into another gym in this area and feels like I walked into a meathead arena that charges me extra every visit to use towels; not MTVAC! These trainers and staff are hopeful and it has a wonderful club vibe. It may be an older facility but what it lack's in new shiny stuff (which it also has plenty of) it makes up for in service. The PT staff will bend over backwards to help you with exercises, Tennis is top-tier, and the social aspect of the club can not be beaten. I love having a cup of coffee after my morning group exercise class with Gretchen and watching the "early birds" play tennis. Friday night tennis socials and a real sense of community. Check it out and you won't be dissappointed.
