We've been at Childtime for over a year - my son started when he was 2. We've been very happy with the level of care and involvement of the staff. Many of the staff, esp in the older kids' rooms, have been there for many years. The curriculum is challenging and the kids do a lot of different activities every day - the learning takes place as "play", so it is very enjoyable for the kids. The center is safe and secure, and has a warm and energetic feeling. What I like most (after having been at another daycare in Arlington) is that the director or assistant director is always around and avail to talk or answer the phone. Additionally, the center is open most federal holidays - we appreciate that flexibility in managing our childcare. We've met a lot of great families through ChildTime. I feel that my son will be well-prepared both academically and socially for kindergarten.

Our almost- 4 year old daughter has been here since she was 4 months old. We have recommended this place to numerous friends without hesitation, so this is going to be a glowing review. Parents get detailed daily "my-day" reports for the babies. It is very safe - an access code is needed to enter the building and parents must sign in and out of a computer. When an illness comes in (ie: pink eye or strep), parents are informed immediately. The cost is very reasonable for this area. Most importantly, however, is the quality of the staff. They are friendly, kind and caring, yet run a tight & clean ship. They give updates and suggestions on what they see during the day. They KNOW my child. Almost all the teachers she has had since she was a baby are still there and speak to my daughter on a very personal level, even if she hasn't been in their classroom for two years. When we lived in Huntington, we chose this for location alone. After moving 25 minutes away, we are still taking our child to this daycare.
