NFL Playoffs: Where to Watch, TV Schedule, Lines

The Washington Redskins face the Seattle Seahawks this weekend in one of four NFL wildcard games.

The Washington Redskins have spent since 2007 traveling the road back to the NFL playoffs -- but it's been a heck of a ride. Next stop: Sunday's wildcard game against the Seattle Seahawks.

All this hailing to the Redskins should seem familiar. In 2007, the Redskins also made the 2007 NFL playoffs as a wildcard team. And, just like this year, that 2007 playoff game was against the Seattle Seahawks.

Let's hope the similarities end there, because the Seahawks won the last time around. That game, though was in Seattle. Sunday, the Redskins are at home for the first time in the NFL playoffs since they beat the Detroit Lions in 1999.

Can Robert Griffin III -- RG3 -- pull off another run against the Seahawks like this Oct. 14 performance against the Minnesota Vikings? Check out the video of the RGIII touchdown run.

Or will Alfred Morris carry the day as he did here against the Cowboys and continue his record-breaking season? Here's video of a Morris touchdown run.

The latest betting lines favor Seattle over Washington by 3. Don’t forget to let the team know how you feel about the season, the victory over Dallas and the upcoming playoff games.

I think the home field advantage will be the edge that the Redskins need to beat Seattle. They did lose to the Seahawks back in the 2007 playoffs and some of my DISH coworkers pointed out that the Redskins now have RG3 and will be playing against a team that doesn’t play well on the road. I’ve already set a timer for this game and the rest of the matchups through my DISH Hopper GameFinder app. I want to go back and re-watch these games before the divisional round and I was able to find and set recordings for them with one push of a button.
