Have you considered trying yoga but are not sure where to start? Come try Kundalini Yoga. We'll explore basic breathing techniques, poses, and meditations designed to help you relax and focus. Kundalini Yoga includes a balance of energetic and gentle poses which allow everyone an opportunity to experience its benefits. Just a few minutes of yoga a day can help relieve stress. No experience is necessary. This workshop is open to all ages and all fitness levels. Please bring a mat or a beach towel. Minimum of 5 participants.
