West Potomac Wolverines Close Season with 41-27 Win Over Titans

Demornay Pierson-El scores four touchdowns, including returning a 99-yard third-quarter kick-off.

The West Potomac Wolverines football team won their game against T.C. Williams Saturday, 41-27 at Parker-Gray Stadium, according to The Washington Post.

The Wolverines scored touchdowns in each quarter of the game, with Wolverines quarterback, sophomore Caleb Henderson, passing for 256 yards. T.C. Williams hung with West Potomac (which clinched a share of the district title with the win) for much of the first half. The Titans took a 10-7 lead in the second quarter and trailed just 14-10 at halftime.

But the Titans could not slow West Potomac playmaker Demornay Pierson-El, who caught five passes for 168 yards and three touchdowns. Pierson-El also returned a third-quarter kickoff 99 yards for another score.
