Tauxemont Preschool to Host Open House

The Tauxemont Cooperative Preschool will host its annual open house Sunday.

Applications for enrollment for the 2013-2014 school year will be accepted on Monday. Reservations are not required for the open house, and children are welcome.

Children must be 2-1/2 years old by Sept. 30 to be eligible for the 2x3 class, and children must be 5 by Dec. 30 to be in the 5x5 class. Classes are half a day, morning and afternoon.

Priority consideration for admission applies to current members of the school, alumni, and Tauxemont residents and property owners. Those who apply who do not fall into the categories noted above will be considered in the order applications are received.

The open house will take place Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m.
