School and community officials celebrated a half-century milestone for Stratford Landing Elementary School at a recent PTA meeting.
State Delegate Scott Surovell was on hand to present Principal Maureen Marshall and Vice Principal Larry Caines with a 50th Anniversary Proclamation for the school serving the Mount Vernon community.
