Children from Arcadia Farm Camp and others got a hands-on garden education Friday morning at the American Horticultural Society’s 2012 National Children & Youth Garden Symposium.

A tour and demonstration workshops were held at , which has a math and science focus, plus display and learning gardens. Entitled “Share the Seeds,” the day included demonstrations for children, educational sessions for adults, awards and a party and dinner at .
