Annual gathering was held Sunday.




Mount Vernon Democrats held their annual ice cream social Sunday in Alexandria.

The event was held at the home of Joe Tompkins on Wellington Road. About 150 people attended.

The event was sponsored by the Mount Vernon Democratic Committee, which is co-chaired by Mark Cannaday and Jack Dobbyns.

I added nine photos, but only see two. FYI: Ryan did not attend the event, but only showed up to be in one of the photos.
