VIDEO: Fairfax County Crime Solvers Seeks Peeping Suspect

Cash reward will be paid for information that leads to an arrest.

Fairfax County Crime Solvers is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man seen in the featured video. 

This video was recorded on Tuesday, April 15, around 7 a.m. by a resident in the 2600 block of Arlington Drive off of Richmond Highway.

The witness observed and recorded the suspect as he peeped into an apartment window and touched himself inappropriately. An investigation determined a woman was in that room at the time of this incident.

Detectives are hopeful that a resident in the area will recognize this man and come forward with his identity. The suspect was described as black or Hispanic with a thin build.

A $100 to $1,000 cash reward will be paid for information that leads to an arrest. As always, callers never have to give their names or appear in court.
