U.S. Marshals Arrest Suspect in Hybla Valley Shooting
The Fugitive Task Force apprehended the suspect in this case in Accokeek, Md.
Ivan Stewart, 31, of Accokeek, Md., has been charged with robbery, malicious bodily injury, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and abduction in relation to a Friday shooting in the 8400 block of Richmond Highway in Hybla Valley, according to an FCPD news release.
The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force apprehended Stewart around 8 a.m. Tuesday in Maryland. Stewart is currently waiting extradition to Fairfax County.
