Teens Charged with Robbery

The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County police department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Police made two arrests last week in connection with a robbery on June 24 at Pole Road at Sacramento Drive.

According to Fairfax County police, more than one victim reported that several individuals approached them, allegedly brandishing a handgun. The victims were able to run away without injury.

Two teens, ages 16 and 17, were arrested and charged with robbery.

In separate and unrelated incidents:

  • A burglary was reported a 7:30 p.m. June 23 in the 9100 block of Richmond Highway. The resident reported someone entered the home and stole a work bag. Entry was made through an unlocked front door.
  • A Suzuki motorcycle was reported stolen from the 3900 block of San Leandro Place.
  • A motorcycle was reported stolen from the 5900 block of Richmond Highway.

I certainly hope the teens were charged with more than robbery if in fact they were assaulting individuals, brandishing handguns, minors in possession of firearms

Police were able to determine the two "teens" ages but not their sex?
