The Sound of Hope

A special worship service of Music and Readings ... with a massed choir of over 300 singers from area Unitarian Universalist churches.

This special program will explore messages of justice, love and hope through dynamic music. The massed choir will present the World Premiere of a newly commissioned choral work by renowned composer Jim Papoulis, as well as other works by Ysaye M. Barnwell, Tom Benjamin, Pepper Choplin, Clif Hardin, and more.

Admission is free. A freewill offering will be taken to support Jim Papoulis' "Foundation for Small Voices."

Parking in the area is limited. Public transportation (Columbia Heights Metro Station is 2 blocks away) and carpooling are strongly recommended.
