Friendship Firehouse Picnic

The Friendship Firehouse Picnic is scheduled from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday August 25, 2013 at "the Grove" at the Virginia Theological Seminary.

All tickets, registrations, and sponsorships include a membership in the Friendship Veterans Fire Engine Association!

This is a family picnic with Alexandria Firefighters, Emergency Medical Service and other personnel of the Alexandria Fire Department.  It's your opportunity to meet these outstanding men and women who do so much to keep Alexandria safe.
With food from some of Alexandria's favorite restaurants; the event will feature musical performances by BumpKin Pie, and The Kate Moran Band; games and special activities like face painting, obstacle courses, and slides. Fire and EMS apparatus will be rotated in throughout the picnic giving those attending a chance to "explore" modern fire equipment.
