Voter Registration Deadline in Virginia is Oct. 15

The voter registration deadline in Virginia is Tuesday, Oct. 15, to be eligible to vote in the November 5 election.

The State Board of Elections provides information online tocheck your registration status, update your current registration and register to vote.

The November 5 ballot in Fredericksburg will include:

• Terry R. McAuliffe, Democrat
• Ken T .Cuccinelli, Republican
• Robert C. Sarvis, Libertarian

• Ralph S. Northam, Democrat
• E.W. Jackson, Republican
  

• Mark R. Herring, Democrat
• Mark D. Obenshain, Republican

• Stacey Kincaid, Democrat
• Bryan Wolfe, Republican
