1. Get all your questions answered about Pilates tonight at Sherwood Regional Library during a presentation by fitness expert and physical therapist Trish Muse.
2. Two new conversation groups for people learning English are starting this week at Sherwood Regional Library. One group meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. and the other group meets on Saturdays at 11 a.m.
3. Reserve a table for $15 at the Community Yard Sale hosted by the Sacramento Neighborhood Center on October 1.
4. Registration for the closes on Friday at noon.
5. Today is World Alzheimer's Day.
