Celebrate National Skating Month at Mount Vernon RECenter
Mount Vernon RECenter will participate in the national celebration of National Skating Month.
Mount Vernon RECenter will be celebrating the 13th annual National Skating Month this month.
Sponsored by U.S. Figure Skating, National Skating Month allows skating facilities to increase awareness and participation in on-ice skating programs.
What this celebration means for local skaters is a remarkable 10 percent savings on skate passes on sale now through Feb. 14. Passes may be purchased at the RECenter or online at http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/passesonline.htm.
