• Tomorrow is the registration deadline for Good Shepherd Catholic Church's Vacation Bible School being held July 11-15 from 9:30am to 12pm.Online registration is available.
• Lauren Winner, author of Mudhouse Sabbath and Girl Meets God, is speaking at this weekend, June 18-20, at . The sessions are free and childcare will be available for those who register by tomorrow.
• Court Appointed Special Advocates for children are needed in Fairfax County. Learn more about volunteering at an information session this Saturday.
• Today in 1811, Harriet Beecher Stowe was born. She is best known as the author of Uncle Tom's Cabin.
