UPDATE: Chili's Wins Patch Readers’ Choice

UPDATE: The votes have been counted, and has won Patch Readers' Choice for Best Sports Bar on Route 1.

Chili's came in first with 50 percent of votes. and were tied for second place with 16 percent of votes.

What Richmond Highway needs is a great sports/cigar bar. A place that accommodates the sports enthusiast as well as patrons who'd like a great meal and a nice cigar. Properly ventilated and purified, you'd never know someone was smoking a cigar. As far as the places listed; you have a better chance of getting shot in one of them than you do anything else.

Old Town has some great sports bars but the parking sucks. Its also a heck of a haul and if you plan on drinking half your money goes to the taxi home.

I have heard that Glory Days is looking for a site in the Route 1 area. That would be an improvement as well. Had hoped they would select and work with the Hollin Hall location, but so far no go.
