Construction Progress for Fordson Place
The shopping center is scheduled for a fall 2013 completion.
Construction on Fordson Place shopping center is coming along quickly. The bones of the structure for the center located across from Mount Vernon Plaza between Fordson Road and Boswell Avenue has been constructed.
The center will be approximately 12,000 sq. ft., according to the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation.
Rappaport Retail Brokerage has confirmed that Verizon, Caribou Coffee, Paisano's Pizza and Vitamin Shoppe are among the tenants for the retail center. According to SFDC, Fordson Place is slated for a fall 2013 opening.
