West Potomac Marching Band to Have Car Wash Saturday
Get your car washed and meet the students who participate on the high school's marching band. Donations will be accepted during Saturday's event.
The West Potomac High School Marching Wolverines will have its annual car wash from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Belle View Elementary School located at 6701 Fort Hunt Rd.
Stop by to get a car wash and meet the students who use their musical instruments to support West Potomac Athletics throughout the school year. Donations will be accepted during Saturday's car wash.
The band will perform at every home football game for West Potomac this year. The marching band will also perform at the West Potomac pep rally on Aug. 26.
The West Potomac Marching Wolverines are directed by Steve Rice. In addition to playing at home games, the band also competes at several band competitions in the mid-Atlantic region earning high marks each year.
