Benefit Concert: Valenzano Trio Plays 20th Century Music for String Trio

The Valenzano Trio will perform  “20th Century Music for String Trio.”

The program is a showcase of the development of the different compositional styles – Nationalism, Expressionism, Neo-Classicism, Neo-Romanticism, and Post-Modernism– throughout the last 120 years.

The Valenzano Trio is a Washington, D.C.- based string trio founded in 2012: Molly Hodges-Hollingsworth, violin; Kimberly Hankins, viola; Jonathan Aaron Cain, cello. The Valenzano Trio receives its name from the maker of Molly’s violin, Giovanni Maria Valenzano.
