This Week's Weather: Chillier Temperatures on the Way

After balmy weekend, temperatures take a plunge — high of 47 degrees on Wednesday.

After this weekend's balmy above-average temperatures that hit 71 degrees on Sunday, prepare for chillier weather this week.

The week could start out with fog on Monday, according to the National Weather Service, with a 90 percent chance of showers Monday night. The warmer temperatures will hold on Monday, reaching 66 degrees.

Showers are expected to linger (70 percent chance) on Tuesday through the morning and temperatures will dip 20 degrees — into the 40s for a high Tuesday.

The skies will clear and temperatures will stay in the 40s for a high on Wednesday, making for a brisk, sunny day with a high of 47 degrees, about 10 degrees below normal for November, according to the National Weather Service.

Wednesday through the weekend should be sunny to partly sunny. Temperatures will warm up a bit Thursday, into the 50s, through the weekend, according to The Weather Channel.
