1. Registration closes today for the free  being held tomorrow at the South County Center.
2. Tomorrow is the .
3. Giant Supermarket is hosting registration tomorrow from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the Alexandria Potomac Little League Fall Season.
4. Good Shepherd Catholic Church is holding a  on Sunday with free screenings.
5. Aldersgate Church Community Theater is holding auditions this Sunday and Monday for its October production of "Twelve Angry Men."
6. The United Community Ministries is urgently requesting food donations, especially canned meat and fish. To find out how to contribute, visit the UCM website.
