Officers from the Fairfax County Police Department will be conducting stepped up "Click It or Ticket" seat belt enforcement through Nov. 24 in the Mount Vernon district.
Every day is "Click It or Ticket" for the Mount Vernon Selective Enforcement Team, but there will be a major focus on child seats and seat belts during regular traffic stops. When available, educational materials will be handed out during stops.
