DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun class designed to encourage parents and chi
 ldren to spend time together while enjoying gentle exercise.&nbsp\;&nbsp
 \;This class is appropriate for children 6 weeks to 10 years old.&nbsp\;
  Children learn from their parents and modeling that exercise is fun goe
 s helps to instill a love of movement in children at a young age.&nbsp\;
  Each class will be an adventure during which we&rsquo\;ll use yoga pose
 s\, sounds\, and songs to imitate the animals and things we see and do o
 n our trip.&nbsp\; Yoga is a fun way to help children live a healthy lif
 estyle while teaching them the foundational skills to relax\, enjoy\, an
 d focus on tasks at hand.\nClasses are held in the nursery at Calvary Pr
 esbyterian Church located at&nbsp\;6120 N. Kings Hwy\,&nbsp\;Alexandria\
 ,&nbsp\;VA&nbsp\;22303. &nbsp\;The space is warm and inviting with lots 
 of natural light.&nbsp\; The room is child proof and appropriate for chi
 ldren of all ages to explore.\nParking is limited at the church but free
  parking is available on School Street.&nbsp\; Feel free to roll your st
 roller in to the building and park it outside of the nursery.\nJul-Aug S
 ession: &nbsp\;$105 for 7 wk session ($15 per class)\nSession A: &nbsp\;
 Thursdays\, 9:15 am -10:00 am\nSession B: &nbsp\;Thursdays\, 10:15 am-11
