Mom Oriented Fitness Class - Free on Thursday!
Join fitness trainer, Lauren Milner, for a free Mom's Bootcamp at 9:30 at the Mount Vernon Athletic Club. The awesome class will be followed by a brunch and raffle at 10:30
Raffle prizes include a one hour massage at the Wellness Spa at MTVAC, a one hour personal training session, and a spa basket filled with luxurious spa products!
