DESCRIPTION:The Alexandria Chapter of Zeta Phi  Beta Sorority\, Inc. will
  lead local Chapters of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority\, Inc. and Phi Beta Sigma
  Fraternity\,  Inc. in honoring the Northern Virginia Urban League Resou
 rce Mothers program on  Saturday\, January 14\, 2012\, from 2:30pm-4:30p
 m at the Sherwood Regional Library\, &nbsp\;2501  Sherwood Hall Lane\, A
 lexandria\, VA. Both organizations celebrate their founding in January o
 f each year\, and  combined they have served communities across the worl
 d for 187 years.\nThe groups will also hold a forum and workshop\, entit
 led\, &ldquo\;It Takes a  Village&rdquo\; to discuss how communities can
  effectively work together to ensure local  youth succeed in all areas o
 f their lives. Representatives from Alexandria  mentoring programs\, hea
 lthy parenting programs and former Fairfax County School  Board member T
 ina Hone will serve as panelists. Baby products will be  collected and g
 iven to area Stork&rsquo\;s Nests\, a national partnership between Zeta 
 Phi  Beta and the March of Dimes to support low-income mothers.\n&nbsp\;
