Join Natalie, a certified yoga teacher, and her 23 month old son for a fun class designed to encourage parents and children to spend time together while enjoying gentle exercise.  This class is open to children ages 6 wks to 10 years old.  Please bring a towel or yoga mat.

Classes are held at Calvary Presbyterian Church located at 6120 N. Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22303.  Parking is limited at the church but is available on School Street.

August Session:  2-23 Aug, 9:15-10:00 am

Sept Session:  6-27 Sept, 9:15-10:00 am or 10:15-11:00

$60 for 1 adult/child pair ($15/class)

$40 for each additional sibling ($10/class)

drop in is $20 per class
