'It will be an evening of great food, great entertainment and great fun to benefit the programs and services of United Community Ministries. The evening's festivities will kick off at 6 p.m. with cocktails and raffles for baskets filled with exciting treasures. A sumptuous dinner will be served at 7:15, followed by the thrill of a fantastic live auction at 8:30. Dancing will follow at 9:00 p.m.'

The Mount Vernon Country Club is an exclusive golf and social club. It is located on land that was once part of George Washington's estate. Amenities include golfing, dining, a pool and social activities. Sponsorship is required to join. The club has an 18-hole champion golf course and several restaurants. Wedding packages are available to the public.
