Swing for Pink this Friday!

Looking for a fun event to get your weekend started - and do some good at the same time? Family friendly, or date night - this will fit the bill!

The 7th Annual Swing for Pink is this Friday, Oct. 19 at the Mount Vernon Athletic Club - open to the public for this event!

It includes playing tennis in shortened games, and rotating to play others (round robin format), having a buffet dinner, wine tasting, silent auction for many local restaurants as well as personal training or tennis lessons at MTVAC, and watching the tennis pros from Army-Navy Club vs. MTVAC battle it out! Children's games, goodie bags, pizza and a movie are offered for the youth, also!

All proceeds benefit breast cancer education, screening, and treatment. This year's beneficiaries include the Breast Care Institute at INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital and INOVA Alexandria Hospital Cancer Center.

Please call and make a reservation today! 703-360-7300  Tickets are $25 ahead of time, or $30 at the door. $10 for children and those not playing tennis.

For more information, check out Swing for Pink at www.mtvac.net

See you on the courts - don't forget to get your pink on!
