To Be Thai Closing April 27

The restaurant does not have plans to relocate.

Huntington Thai restaurant To Be Thai will be closing its doors on April 27.

The restaurant is currently located in the Huntington Gateway shopping center on Route 1. According to a restaurant employee, the owners decided not to renew their lease because it was too expensive. The owners have no plans to relocate.

To Be Thai has consistently received great reviews on Patch. Reviewer Marcy Giannunzio says To Be Thai has "the best Thai in D.C."

The owners of the restaurant also own Red Mei, an Asian cafe in Old Town Alexandria.
