SeeClickFix with Fort Hunt Patch
This widget helps you report potholes, dangerous intersections, burned out street lights and more to local authorities, and track the progress as items are fixed.

SeeClickFix is a web application that allows residents to report anything from potholes to noise violations and track the progress of items as road crews, police or other officials respond.
Here's how to use it:
To report a new issue in your neighborhood, click on "Report an Issue" at the top of the map. Drag the orange marker to where the problem is, and type in your notes to describe the problem.
To vote on someone else's "fix" request, click on "Fix it!" in the list on the right side of the map. You'll have to enter your email address, and you'll be notified at that email address when something about that issue changes.
What is creating a watch area? You can outline a certain area on the map, like your neighborhood, and SeeClickFix will email you directly whenever someone reports, acknowledges or fixes the issue in your designated watch area.
