Road Rage, Indecent Exposure Reported in Mount Vernon District
The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

A driver threw coffee on another motorist during a road rage incident Aug. 31 on Richmond Highway, according to Fairfax County police.
The incident occurred at 4 p.m. at the intersection of Richmond Highway and Arlington Drive. A 23-year-old woman reported the other driver threw coffee through her open car window, hitting the young woman and damaging her cell phone.
Said Barodi, 31, of Mount Vernon was charged with assault and destruction of property.
Police also reported an incident exposure incident at 7 a.m. Sept. 4 in the 7600 block of Richmond Highway. A resident claimed a man was exposing himself at a bus stop, according to police.
William Trolley, 54, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and being drunk in public.
In separate and unrelated incidents:
- A burglary was reported at 9:15 p.m. Sept. 2. in the 7800 block of Candlewood Drive. A resident reported that someone broke into the home and stole computer equipment and jewelry. Police do not have information on a suspect.
- A cell phone and two purses were reported stolen from a vehicle at the Belle Haven Marina.
- Jewelry was reported stolen from a residence in the 7800 block of Belvedere Drive.
- A GPS device was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 8400 block of Benecia Court.
- A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 8700 block of Falkstone Lane.
- A pair of shoes and cash were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3000 block of Fordson Court.
- License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 4300 block of Gramercy Circle.
- A laptop computer was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Huntington Avenue.
- Tires were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2600 block of Huntington Avenue.
- A cell phone was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2500 block of Parkers Lane.
- A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 6200 block of Richmond Highway.
- A bicycle was reported stolen from a business in the 6800 block of Richmond Highway.
- A deposit bag with cash was reported stolen from a business in the 7400 block of Richmond Highway.
- A wallet and a cell phone were reported stolen from a business in the 7700 block of Richmond Highway.
- A laptop computer was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 8200 block of Richmond Highway.
- Beer was reported stolen from a business in the 8200 block of Russell Road.
- A wallet was reported stolen from a business in the 3100 block of Sherwood Hall Lane.
- A BMW motorcycle K1200GT was reported stolen from the 2300 block of Glendale Terrace.

HMMMMM, Maybe car owners and home owners should either not carry laptops, cell phones and other modern impedimentia out in the open or left in plain view at any time or place. Might have a bit less problem with stolen property!
