Police are searching Tuesday night for a suspect in an armed robbery in the 5700 block of Telegraph Road near the intersection of Huntington Avenue. The robbery occurred Tuesday around 9:15 p.m. 

No one was hurt in the incident, according to the Fairfax County Police Department, but several police officers, dogs and a police helicopter were involved in the initial search.

Police are looking for a suspect described as a middle-aged black male who was wearing a black jacket and jeans. He is approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall and has a medium build.
