New businesses are beginning to move into the Kings Crossing shopping center.

Panda Express was the first business to open its doors in the new development last week. Patient First, an urgent and primary care center, will open Dec. 14.

The site’s developer, JBG Rosenfeld Retail, added 20,000 square feet of small-store space in front of Walmart on pad sites facing Route 1. Sarku Japan, Jimmy John’s, Mazzio’s, Healthy Nails and Spa, and Sweet Frog will also open for business in the coming months.

Sweet Frog is wonderful, but I heard there was a Sonic coming. Has anyone else heard that rumor?
