PHOTOS: Kaine Campaigns in Huntington
U.S. Sen. Mark Warner and U.S. Rep. Jim Moran joined Kaine on the campaign trail Monday.
U.S. Senate candidate and Democrat Tim Kaine stopped in Huntington on Monday night to campaign with U.S. Sen. Mark Warner and contrast himself to opponent George Allen, a Republican.
A crowd gathered at the phone bank at the North Kings Highway office to hear Kaine, Warner and U.S. Rep. Jim Moran (D-8th District) speak and energize the crowd. Volunteers also made calls to voters, shook hands with Kaine and posed for photos.
In a short speech, Kaine highlighted the diffferences between himself and Allen, depicting Allen as a man who would threaten America's economic recovery and who is beholden to large donors.
