Huntington's 'Black Widow' Is Hot Dog Eating Champ
Sonya Thomas lives off Huntington Avenue.
Huntington's Sonya Thomas beat out the competition in the 2012 Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating World Championship for women at Coney Island, N.Y.
According to the Washington Post, Thomas, known as the "Black Widow," ate 45 hot dogs in 10 minutes to win this year's competition. She was rewarded with a pink champion's belt and $10,000
Thomas won the women's compeition last year, as well.
