Alexa Silverman, who lives in the Belle Haven area, received her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Chicago on Saturday, June 9, 2012.  She graduated with a degree in Linguistics after only three years of college and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society as well.  Alexa graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in 2009.

Alexa's family and friends could not be more proud of her many accomplishments, which continue to astound us.  We can hardly wait to see what she does next, and are confident that it will be great, whatever it may be and wherever life may lead her.
